my review (http://www.thehut.com/home.dept), the MyProtein brand page (http://www.thehut.com/brands/myprotein.list), and also the product itself (http://www.thehut.com/sports-nutrition/amino-maintenance-formula/10797021.html).
The protein itself is very strong, the strongest I've ever had, At times I've had to chuck half of it away because its too strong and that's with one scoop, its not that drinkable. I feel its better with water than with milk, which is unusual because normally protein is better with milk. overall Personally This flavor lets the it down, I tried my friends protein which you gave him for a sample which was really nice! Same protein but different flavor.

Shape up in a week with this easy and delicious meal plan
Need to get in shape, quickly and safely? Here are our top pound-shifting tips and a simple meal plan that'll get you slim and slender in no time.
To lose a few pounds and to stop your tummy from feeling and looking bloated, cut down on salt to help prevent fluid retention. That means eating freshly made meals rather than processed foods. Also, eliminate all sugar and refined carbohydrates, swapping to wholegrain alternatives, and no more sugary snacks!
Eat little and often, every three hours or so, to keep your blood sugar and energy levels stable. Aim to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a healthy snack mid-morning and one mid-afternoon. This will stop those roller-coaster highs and cravings for sweet foods.
Eat plenty of lean protein (chicken, lean meat, fish and eggs) and add vegetables or salad to meals to boost your intake of fibre, vitamins and minerals. And aim to drink six to eight glasses of water a day, including diluted low-sugar fruit drinks, herbal teas or cups of tea. All the above will be beneficial in keeping your skin supple and hydrated, helping cellulite to look /less/ obvious.
Finally, if you know your self-discipline can waiver from time to time, keep a food diary to monitor your actions.

Diet Is a key part to exersie, If you dont eat clean then the results you want will not be the same. This is my diet at this moment...
morning - 1 creatine shake. 1 and a half scoops. any type of fruit and any type of carbs. carbs in the morning help with energy thoughout the day. so it can differ everytime from eggs on toast to pasta.
dinner time - brown rice with chicken. 1 protein shake with water. 2 scoops.
afternoon - brown rice with chicken. 1 protein shake with water. 2 scoops.
try putting fruits with this too, mix it up. It does not matter when you have your fruits just try aim for 5 a day.
it might look boring this diet but It works very well. Am not saying you have to stick to this completly but its just a guide to help you.
remember having a cheap day is ok because it speeds up your metabolism quicker.
This type of diet is to rip up or cut up. I am trying to lose body fat since ive got the bulk I want for now.
I also take ZMA tablets at night at the moment to speed recovery times up and help me sleep better. You can give them ago if you want but its just something new I want to try out.
Hope this helps!
thanks CUCKSON PT

Tough Guy Mud Battles Thrash
It was the eve of the event the team met up to travel to Wolves. To the hotel drop our luggage off and onto visit Mr Mouse and his team to look at the course. Once there we were greeted by Ingrid, we registered received out t-shirt and all signed a death warrant to enable us to take part in the race. As we headed over the field to look at some of the obstacles I think at this point it hit home what the challenge entailed. We looked at the Gladiatough collosseum it looked pretty awesome. Making our way back up the field looking at other 50ft climbs thinking, how! Back to registration we met Bill (Mr Mouse) after a chat it was time to head back to the hotel. After a quick stop to buy porridge for breakfast it was time to get ready to head out for a team meal and a couple of drinks it was time to get and early night ready for race day. DAY OF THE REACE…………………up at 7,30 made some porridge, 2 coffees later feeling a bit tired it was time to head off. We got to Tough Guy (TG) around 9.30 it was time to get ready, apply face paints put race numbers on and make our way to the start to watch the start of the Triathlon. Our r ace was setting off once the first triathlete had finished their bike. There was some time to kill, we decided to try out the sledge what the team were going to pull me round on. The gun went we were on, out into the woods up and over hill lock defences. As we got out into the woods the team were taking it in turns to put the barrow. The fields were very uneven up Rabbit Hill over Brasher disley steeplechase going through brambles and nettles, known as Braken maze torture. The obstacles soon started 5ft logs to climb, cargo nets to go under, smelly water to sludge through. Through the slalom into big bear woods and onto the Gurkha Grand National you had to cross a dyke not just a small dyke but a deep, cold muddy dyke. The first few were ok, the team were jumping in but the after about 10 it go a bit repetitive. Matt got some sludge in his eyes and couldn’t see anything we had to get some fresh water to rinse his eye. With it washed were off again. Through some more jungle obstacles & water slalom by this time we were getting very cold. The end of this part was in sight over a 20ft wall back into the barrow we were heading for The Tiger, this was a first big climb. To the Gladiatough Collosseum this was a lake with obstacles to cross. You had to follow a figure of 8, first up and over cargo nets then I monkey roped over another obstacle.By this point Mr Mouse ordered his team to bring us fleece jackets as hyperthermia was setting in, people were shaking it was freezing. After hot chocolate and coffee the team were on again to the next challenge.hen onto Battle of the Somme more dykes and water to cross and burning straw. To dead leg swamp this was deep cold and horrible the fleece tops came off and in we went. Up then to the underground interrogation pits, a few steps down, underground and through the concrete tunnels the ground was full of sludge it was dark and misty. The last section Viagra a very steep climb to the top of the hill and then a slope into a lake. The slop was dry although dangling down was electrocution wire. A great team of Tough Guy Warriors, on the finish I sat there in the wheelbarrow in agony, I had a hot chocolate and a coffee. It was official North Lindsey Warriors are Tough Guy Warriors. Yes this is the most safest dangerous race in the world…………….
