Diet Is a key part to exersie, If you dont eat clean then the results you want will not be the same. This is my diet at this moment...
morning - 1 creatine shake. 1 and a half scoops. any type of fruit and any type of carbs. carbs in the morning help with energy thoughout the day. so it can differ everytime from eggs on toast to pasta.

Tough Guy Mud Battles Thrash
It was the eve of the event the team met up to travel to Wolves. To the hotel drop our luggage off and onto visit Mr Mouse and his team to look at the course. Once there we were greeted by Ingrid, we registered received out t-shirt and all signed a death warrant to enable us to take part in the race.
