Personal training

What the service provides:

The service provides one on one personal training sessions, with structured and detailed workout plans to help you reach your goals! A review every six weeks is done to see how well you're progressing.

A diet plan can also be produced at a small fee. 

Programme:

Every client will get their own confidential programme, which will be made to suit their needs and wants. 

Places:

We can train from a range of different places, such as your back garden, fields and gyms. Its up to you! We can work around your personal preferences.

Training:

You might be thinking  "will this get boring?" This is where you're wrong! Every session I do will be different this is so its more exciting for you and due to adaptations of the body. We can do things like, Hill training? Core stabilty? and many more training methods the list can go on!
